Challenge

  • The client organisation had experienced a period of inorganic growth creating overlapping roles and slowing decision making. 
  • A structural transformation was undertaken to redesign the organisation’s Target Operating Model, simplifying decision-making and enhancing execution speed.​
  • ​Following the implementation of the new operating model, the company needed objective leadership standards. 
  • The ask was to provide clarity on expectations, whilst bolstering confidence in existing expertise and yet inspire growth needed to keep a continuous improvement mindset.

Approach

  • Start with the North Star: CGT co-designed a Leadership Excellence Profile to connect values, behaviours and the overarching strategy. 
  • Holistic Individual Leadership Experience: By combining Hogan debriefs with leadership dialogue sessions, we created a personal and holistic experience for individual participants.
  • Scientifically Validated Methodology + Data Analysis: our team provided data analysis on the individual and cohort to highlight common trends and support forward-action.
  • Intentional Communication: We worked closely with the CEO and HR to ensure intentional communication to participants.​
