Olga (“Oli”) is an executive coach and leadership development specialist with over 15 years of experience supporting leaders and organisations across Asia Pacific. Based in Singapore and Hong Kong, she has worked with organisations including BASF, Singapore Management University, and Tennity to strengthen leadership capability and support transformation initiatives.
A Certified Business Coach (CBC) with the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC), Oli focuses on executive coaching, career transitions, change management, and leadership development. Her work includes designing and facilitating individual and team development programs, leadership workshops, and training initiatives that support sustained behavioural change.
Oli brings a combination of business experience and assessment expertise, with certifications in Hogan and Harrison Assessments. These tools provide structured insights into leadership capability, supporting more informed development and performance improvement.
With over 500 coaching hours, she has delivered programmes to more than 1,000 professionals across 25+ teams, helping strengthen leadership effectiveness and team performance.
Oli also holds certifications in Psychology Fundamentals from the University of Oxford and a Diploma in Marketing from the University of Hong Kong, combining psychological insight with practical business understanding.
